Ripple Teams Up With Madonna’s Raising Malawi To Equalize All The Donations For One Month

The nonprofit organization Raising Malawi, managed by the renowned singer Madonna, has teamed up with Ripple to help raise money for underprivileged children across Malawi. Ripple declared that they would equal all the donations pledged to the cause.

The charity was established by American screenwriter Michael Berg and Madonna to support orphans in the African nation of Malawi. Almost one million young children in the area reportedly have been left with one or no parents due to AIDS, leading to a high number of vulnerable children.

Madonna made a recent announcement that she would hold a $60,000 fundraising event for the organization.

I have an unwavering commitment to providing vulnerable children with a loving home. For my birthday, I can think of no better gift than to connect my global family with this beautiful country and the children who need our help the most.
