Ethereum For The Win: ETH Surpasses Highest Record And Hits Over $5.56 Billion Daily Transactions

The second token in terms of market cap, Ethereum, is celebrating a really important achievement these days.

According to the latest data coming from CoinMarketCap, ETH saw the highest daily transaction volume in more than a year.

ETH hits the highest daily transaction volume since 2018

The latest data shows that the amount of ETH coins that have been traded in 24 hours recently surpassed the level that has been reached back in February 2018 which marked its record back then.

ETH hasn’t seen such high trading volume since last year, and CoinMarketCap says that ETH’s daily trading volume has hit a yearly high of $5.4 billion back then.

This massive number shows that there’s a progressive rate of trading volume for ETH. It’s also important to note that the price of ETH managed to surge since the beginning of 2019.

2019 is said to be a better year for all cryptos compared to the bearish 2018 which saw the digital assets fall the hardest.

The whole crypto market lost a lot of its total market cap, but now, more and more expert voices are expecting a better year for prices as the mainstream adoption of cryptos is getting near.

Almost all the moves that are taking place in the crypto space point out that we’re in the middle of the mainstream crypto adoption process.
